You Can Spend a Long Time Building Without Ever Really Launching

The business has a name.

Maybe there's a logo.

A social media page. A domain. A website that's almost ready. Notes filled with ideas. Programs you've completed. Content you've saved. An offer you keep adjusting.

From the outside, that looks like progress.
But a business isn't truly in the market until people can clearly understand what you sell and know what to do if they want it.

That's where many founders get stalled.

Business advice comes from everywhere.

One person says to build the brand first. Another says you need a funnel. Someone else says to grow an audience, create a lead magnet, start an email list, post every day, build the website, perfect the pricing, or complete another certification.

Most of that advice isn't inherently wrong.

The problem is figuring out what belongs before the launch and what belongs after it.

When everything seems important, your need to focus on preparation expands.

There's always another decision to make, another asset to create, or another piece to improve before the business feels ready.

The Launch First Methodology™ changes the sequence. It identifies the few things that must be clear and functional before an offer goes to market, then moves everything else to the stage where it belongs.

That's what we'll work through in this masterclass.

In 90 Minutes You'll See

See what separates "working on the business" from actually being ready to launch it.

01

A credible offer.

02

Clear positioning.

03

Relevant messaging.

04

A step-by-step launch plan.

05

A way to get paid.

You Don't Need to Build the Entire Business Before You Launch

You need enough of the business in place for someone to understand the offer and respond to it.

This Masterclass Is for You If…

  • You've been working on a business, offer, service, program, or idea but still haven't launched it.

  • You already have an offer, but you've continued adjusting, reworking, or preparing instead of putting it fully into the market.

  • You have meaningful experience or expertise and want to build something of your own from what you know.

  • You're still employed and want a business that creates more ownership, options, or control over your future.

  • You've purchased courses, followed experts, saved resources, and learned a lot about business, but still need a process that gets you from information to execution.

  • You have several possible ideas and need to commit to one credible offer to launch first.

  • You've started before, stepped away, and now want to bring the business or the offer back to market.

You Don't Need to Quit Your Job First

  • You don't need a finished website.
  • You don't need a large audience.
  • You don't need a complicated funnel.
  • You don't need to map out every product, service, system, and future revenue stream.
  • And you don't need to feel completely ready.

You need one credible offer and a process that moves it from idea to market.

You don't need every detail figured out. You need a solid idea and the willingness to choose what to launch first.

Dr. Cherita Weatherspoon

Creator, Launch First Methodology™

She created the Launch First Methodology™ after experiencing the difference between learning about business and actually building one.

Dr. Cherita Weatherspoon spent more than 20 years in higher education administration, including serving as an Assistant Vice President at a university.

Then downsizing and organizational restructuring eliminated her position.

The experience changed how she thought about career security, ownership, and the value of the expertise she had spent years developing.

She began building a business around what she already knew about leadership, learning, program development, strategy, and execution.

Like many new entrepreneurs, she invested in coaching and programs and learned from different experts. But disconnected strategies created another problem: figuring out how all the pieces fit together and what needed to happen first.

She eventually stopped trying to assemble a business from everyone else's process and built one she could follow.

That process helped her grow her own business beyond six figures in less than 12 months.

Her broader experience includes serving as COO of an online education startup that grew from zero to more than $12 million in revenue over five years; launching multiple SaaS products; writing seven books; selling $20,000 service packages; and being featured on ABC, NBC, and Fox.

Through her work with founders, another pattern became clear.

Many people weren't short on ability or information.

They were trying to build too many parts of the business before completing the few decisions required to launch.

Some were experienced professionals trying to turn what they knew into an offer. Some already had offers they hadn't launched. Some had started businesses that never gained real momentum. Some kept changing ideas. Some had built websites, brands, and content while the actual offer remained unclear.

The common problem was sequencing.

The Launch First Methodology™ was created to solve it. It separates what must exist to launch from what can be built later, then puts the essential work into a clear execution sequence.

The goal is simple: get a credible offer from private preparation into the market where real people can respond to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the masterclass really free?

Yes. There's no cost to register or attend.

How long is it?

Plan for up to 90 minutes, including the teaching session and live Q&A.

Do I need to attend live?

Live attendance is encouraged, especially if you want to participate in the Q&A. Registered attendees will also receive access to a replay for 72 hours after the masterclass ends.

If you registered, you'll receive replay access by email. The replay expires after 72 hours, so make sure you watch it during that window.

You'll receive your registration confirmation and reminder emails leading up to the event. If you provide a phone number, you'll also receive three event-related text messages: your registration confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a final reminder shortly before the masterclass begins.

How do I join the masterclass?

After registering, you'll receive an email with your access details and join link. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the confirmation shortly after registering.

Who is this for?

It's designed for founders and experienced professionals who have a business idea, an offer, or a clear business direction they want to pursue but haven't yet put a paid offer to market. You may be starting your first business, building alongside a career, returning to an idea you previously put aside, or trying to finally launch an offer you've been developing for longer than expected.

Do I need to have an offer already?

No. You may already have an offer that needs clarification or just needs to be launched, or an area of expertise, a problem you know how to solve, or a solid business direction that can be shaped into an offer. You don't need every detail settled before attending.

What if I have several business ideas?

That's fine. You don't have to choose what you'll do for the rest of your life. A launch requires choosing what you're going to put into the market first. If you need more support landing on one idea, you'll also have the option after registration to access a separate resource designed specifically for that decision.

Do I need a website to use what you teach?

No. A website can support the business in the future. A first launch needs a clear offer, a clear message, and a working way for someone to respond, such as a booking link, payment link, or direct conversation.

Your Business Doesn't Need Another Year of Preparation

It needs a point where preparation ends and the market gets to respond.

  • Bring the idea.
  • Bring the expertise.
  • Bring the offer you keep working on.
  • Bring the business you started but never fully launched.

Then see how five essential decisions can turn it into something real, visible, and available to buy.
